Android Question Strange behavior on Samsung S4 Mini

I have made an App for Android for a customer.

But now I got an mail from a person who has downloaded the App on his Samsung S4 Mini and he says that in some of the text fields on his phone is black so he cannot see what he enters.

Is this a problem with my App or the setup of his phone.

I have a Samsung S3 Mini and it works okay.

I have several devices (including a normal S4). Store says (via web) "not compatible to any of your devices" (I'm in Germany).

Did you set the textcolour/background to special values? Does he have a stock rom or maybe CM and/or a design disturbing?

Same here. I have an Galaxy Note 1, a Galaxy note 3 and a galaxy note 10,1 Tablet. No one of these seems to be compatible. Google Play dont let me install the app
