Added the following methods:
SetLimitBorder() - if it is True, the View will not come out from the edges of its parent.
SetLimitArea() - if True, the edges of the View will remain within its parent.

B4a Object Browser upgraded to v3.0.0.0.

Big changes to hopefully bring the community together and assist in documentation tasks. This is still a pre-release, but I have disabled the features that aren't quite there, so what you can get to should be ok.

UltimateListView v3.0

A major step has been done in the UltimateListView development with the version 3. This version is much faster and simpler to use.

AnimationPlus v2.2

AnimationPlus has been updated to v2.2 (donationware version).

I added two drawables useful for animations:
- ClipDrawable: drawable with automatic clipping (ideal for progress bars)
- LayerDrawable: multi-layer drawable

B4a Object Browser Version 3.0.1.0 has been released. This version must be installed from the setup program (sorry about that), but contains many GUI changes to streamline usage.

No Community features yet - they will come later.
