iOS Question the problem of tableview

now ,i meet a problem about tableview,when the tableview just has a tablecell,it also own many lines,

however,i set the tableview's height as rowheight, it can just own one line ,but,the scroll area of tabelview is only the rowheight ,i want to it can scroll the whole of the page
