Android Question Thousands separator while typing

Is it possible to insert the "." as number format while typing in an Input text?

Maybe I found a nice Android bug.
I have to recreate this thing, then I will report it better in the related thread, but, with Italian setting, therefore comma for decimals, sometimes the TextChanged event does not trigger, if previously you pressed "the wrong" key (comma before dot).

What a mess, I had solved these things years ago and I don't remember them!

It is in some way related to the code inside the event routine

I suspend the "investigation", to do something more urgent.
