Android Question ToastMessageShow PRESS AGAIN TO CLOSE

hi i see in many apps
when you press the back key show you a ToastMessageShow("To leave press again")
u need press 2 times to close the app

but how to know when the ToastMessageShow is visible to press again *-* ?
