Yep, I can see he fogot the copper paste ;-)

The brake pad is installed backwards, so the steel backing plate is contacting the rotor.
Would make an awful grinding sound.

Yesteday I fixed the drum brakes of an old VW Golf 3 incl. the wheel bearings plus cups and the brake pistons. What a crap...
