Android Question TouchScreen X&Y ADS

A few months ago I downloaded a theme.
Then ads started appearing exactly where I clicked on the touchscreen.
For example, I click on a location X, and a few seconds the ad appears in exactly the same place where I clicked.
Could someone explain to me how it could be possible for me to do this ??

Its an app that uses the SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission.
