Android Question TTS voice

Hello

The TTS male voice was changed to that of a female when the android system was updated to Kit Kat 4.4 today.

I am not sure if this is just coincidental. If it is, I am still interested in how to set the TTS to male voice (sorry nothing against female voice).

You can lower the pitch of the voice, which will bring it down to somewhat of a male voice...
