Android Question Turn hotspot on when connected to bluetooth device

Hi,

I want to make my first very simple app.

When i get in my car and my phone connects to the bluetooth headunit (car radio) i want the wifi hotspot on my phone to automatically start. Then the headunit can connect to the wifi hotspot and get an internet connection.

There is an app in the app store that does this (Hotspot auto...) but i want to add some things to it.

How can i select available bluetooth devices and how do i start a hotspot with the SSID and PW that are set in the android settings?

I searched this forum how to start a hotspot but did not find a solution.

If this is just an action you would like to do for your personal phone (and not sell it in the play store), then you can probably use "Tasker" and "Secure Settings" and build a task to do that.
