Other UI Cloud Update

The B4i UI cloud devices were doing many problems and their reliability was much lower compared to the B4A cloud devices.

I decided to use the simulators instead. The UI cloud is now based on 4 simulator devices. Hopefully it will work better.

You are welcome to try it (Designer - Tools - Send To UI Cloud).

After two weeks I can safely say that the UI cloud works much better than before.

I've added an iPhone XS Max simulator (6.5'' device) to the cloud and modified the cloud to return the full resolution (only for this device for now).
It can help with making screenshots for iTunes.

The simulators crashed. Should be online now. Note that the iPhone X model was removed.

Made some changes. Please try again. Crashed simulators should restart automatically after a few minutes.
