iOS Question Unable to active membership apple

Dear All,

I just bought the license for developer on Apple. And I have received the mail for active the membership account.
But after I click link for active the account, appear Unable to active membership as picture attached


Anyone have same problem ? I have sent the contact support, but didn't reply yet
