iOS Question Unable to find a team with a given ID

Good day,

Please has anyone encountered this error before? I tried adding another apple ID as developer to the Developer account. And the person is only able to access appstore connect but NOT to certificate, IDs and Profiles page. I have contacted Apple but no response yet.

When I google the error, some responses were for me to restart Xcode because I am on Windows and use hosted builder.

I wrote to Apple and the Issue is about the Account Type:

If you create an INDIVIDUAL Account, you can add users but they can only see The appstore Connect Dashboard.

Unless your account is a BUSINESS account before other users can be able to access the Certificates, Identifiers and Profiles page.
