iOS Question Unable to install "B4i Bridge"

Hi
Just tried to run the bridge on my iPhone (I sure it worked a few days ago) but now I get the message
Unable to install "B4i Bridge" ......

The phone is an old iPhone 7 running iOS 15.8 - I found a recent thread relating to this problem but for a iOS 16 device.

Anyone has any suggestions.

UPDATE - please hold fire on responding to this post.

I just released I have just done a Factory reset on the phone and I think that is reason as some other App (still on the desk top) have similar problems or are sending me to the App Store to install.
