Unknown email address

I have just setup 2.20 on my clean machine and accidently selecting the zip file the licence was in for the licence, now on each startup it asks for my email address at which point it then tells me 'Unknown email address. Do you want to enter another address?' - at which point it just sits in the same loop regardless of what entered until I click no then it closes

Any ideas on how to fix, tried uninstall/reinstall but same loop.

Did send an email to support but no response so far, however now fixed myself

Needed to delete the licence file, eg a zip file in this case from my users/roaming folder and then run b4a again which in turn asked for the licence file and email address.

I just got the same problem trying to upgrade to the full version. Need to get this working ASAP i was in the middle of a project for work and decided to upgrade and now i am stuck.
