If its downloaded from play and the client sets the play store app to automatically download then your app will automatically update itself when a new version is available.

I don't think you would be able to force the app to update if that was what you meant though, although you could auto update data files by hosting them online and having the app download them. That would only update data though.

So Google Play automatically checks if there are new updates and downloads them and will install the devices in automatic?

I thought that I had to add a code to make everything ... Strengthen me if I understand correctly.

Yes. Assuming that the client has enabled auto updates.

Google policy forbids you from updating your app by yourself. You can show a message to the user that there is a new version available.

The code here: http://www.b4x.com/forum/basic4android-updates-questions/20586-check-app-version.html#post126177 checks for the version. You will probably need to update it as Google Play interface has changed.
