iOS Question Update old app on apple store

Hi,

I need to update an app in the apple store. The latest app revision is about 2 years ago and my apple account has always been renewed and active,
Apple has only informed me that the certificate used to develop the app has expired.

Now I am renewing the b4i license with the purchase of the remote biulder.

I have some doubts:

Does the certificate for development during debugging (I use the same smartphone) need to be updated ?

Does the new certificate for the release in the apple store allow the app to be updated?

The previously I used 4.81 b4i release, have the remote building procedures changed in the new b4i ide?
