Newest version (18.8.2018): sqlite-jdbc-3.23.1

Just copy the newest version to the AdditionalJar folder and delete the old one. Set the reference in "#Region Project Attributes"

New sqlite-jdbc version 3.25.2 (2018.10.01) available for download HERE.
Now it implements UPSERT, ALTER TABLE ... RENAME COLUMN and added the Geopoply module.
Nice and useful features indeed.
I've tested and it's working ok.

These latest versions are really very good, I was surprised by all the new and powerful features that SQLite now has.
