iOS Question Upload ipa through Application Loader failed

ERROR ITMS-90017: "This bundle is invalid. The IPA format requires a top-level directory named Payload, containing only a .app bundle and optional plugins in a Plugins directory."

Did anyone know how to fix it? Many thanks.

Please check that your provision file is a store provision file , this happens when you try to submit app with non-store provision file
