I'm uploading a file to Google Drive by
GoogleDrive via REST API

The question is how do I change the permissions of the uploaded file to
anyone with the link

Can't you manually set the permission of the complete folder?

I can tell the user to do that
But I want to do this directly through the application
if that's possible
