Android Question Upload to Play Store requires an App Bundle

Play Store have blocks the submission of my APK, warning me that App ust be optimized using bundle.

Any help about how to do it?

It was a warning only. The app information was not completed filled and that was the reason why the the submit button was disabled.
Resolved!
