(Erel: this is not a question but I was not sure where to put it - feel free to move elsewhere if you like.)
Hi all
Ran across a couple of articles that I believe would be of interest to Android (or iPhone or Windows Phone) developers. For many years I have subscribed to Jakob Nielsen's Alertbox mailing list. He is a usability expert and the most recent report is probably of interest to anyone involved in designing for various sizes of screens (like Android phones and tablets).
You can read the article at

Another couple of articles that might be of interest here are:
http://www.nngroup.com/articles/mobile-content-is-twice-as-difficult/
and, on Windows 8:
http://www.nngroup.com/articles/windows-8-disappointing-usability/
that points out that trying to fit one design on both tablets and desktop is not really a good idea. What’s simple and appropriate on a phone can be simply dumb on a tablet or on a desktop.
