Hi, I realize this is a software forum but I have a hardware question as it relates to the USB to Serial Library. I purchased a Prolific USB to Serial (DB9PIN) Device. It works great with the examples given. I was curious if there is a way to charge the android device by supplying voltage to one of the pins on the DB9 (Say pin 9 for example). I have been searching the web for answers but no have come across anything. I would like to use the USB to Serial Device but also charge the tablet at the same time. Thanks in advance...
