Android Question Using Show notification at specific time

hi, I have an app use SQL to store data include date and time from users I want to also let users set reminders with check boxes, so how to do this; read the data from SQL and scheduled so it get shown as a notification?
I'm new to B4A only a week, hope to finish this project soon
