Android Question Very simple layout

Randomly the button goes out of screen.

No, I simply start and close (back "key") a few times.

It didn't happen here, tested with two tablets.

Based on the screenshot the activity size was not measured correctly when the activity was created. You can add Log(100%y) and see whether it is correct or not.

First time I launched "the app" it resulted 671. Closed (back) it is 696. So the difference is 25dip, which is often a standard measure of some stuff, like title bar or other bars.

Third time, again 671 (and then the button is in the right place - or I should say it is fully visible)


Before this I have also updated the firmware.
I might reset to factory settings.

There are other strange cases, with this tablet; at times, leaving some app, the "home page" is defective... horizontally, though.

Yes, NewHeight (param of HeightChanged event) results always 357, when the button is correctly shown and when not.

The keyboard measures and behavior result always the same (always correct), both when the button is shown correctly (100%y results 671) and when it is not (100%y results 696)

Anyway, I plan to make some changes to the way the activity is measured and it will probably fix such issues.
