i already tried to make a wrapper for this in the past out of this source but i wasn´t able to do... i did not get it working... Additional this was only a compile of warwounds code which is much simplified. There are much much more methods in the FSApi which needs to be wrapped.

Sorry; i think i must say no as i´m not able to do.
