Android Question Walkie Talkie for group

i am trying to make a group of 5 to 10 or more.
so when one bradcasts the others wil receive his message.
i amended the code to udp and changed the code but something goes wrong i try to change the ports but....
if somebody can help i am uploding the project as it is now.
