Android Question Web Interface for my app

i developed an app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bloomob.mylifebookTrial) that use a local db sqlite.
I should develop a web interface with which add or modify the application's data and sync with the device when necessary
what would be the best way to do this?
