Android Question What is Content Chooser based on?

Due to issues (other thread) with Content Chooser (CC) on my new Xiaomi phone I'm interested to know what CC is. Is it an B4x component or is an built in one used. What is the name of it? File Picker?

CC calls a Androidfeature. It is part of the System. Some Manufacturers implement it differently in "their" Androidversion.
