Android Question Whether the b4a can modify the wired network properties?

I want to make an instrument app using android 6 to communicate with wired network.The B4A did not find the library and method to change Ethernet static IP and DNS.I do not know Java, who can help me to make a B4A library?

I don't think that Java will help you. As far as I remember there are no APIs for such things in Android. If you find Java code that does it we can help you port it.
