Android Question Widget cell

I have a widget sized 294 x 100 and I do not now why my widget get half of the device screen .
It looks as It is dimensioned but it does not center to top and does not allow any other icon to get near his half screen size.

I changed the cell size to 294 x 72 as described in Erel tutorial for 4 standard cell but i does not work as expected .

Most devices have a width of 4 or 5 cells. Your widget is expected to fill the screen from left to right.
