Android Question Window with listview

Hi to all,
I need that when you press a button to bring up a small window containing a listview, it stays in the background layout (so I will not change actvity). I hope I have made it conveys the idea

ListView1.BringToFront

Place the ListView on a Panel, then bring the Panel to the front / behind as needed.
