Wish: Detect missing target (device or emulator) before compiling

Hi,

I've been familiarising myself with B4A for a few days now. So far, so good.

One minor irritant for me at present is this: I hit the go/compile button, it grinds away compiling, and then tells me there's no connection to a real device or emulator. It would be much nicer if it told me that first, before spending the time doing the compile. I imagine that when my programs have a few hundred or thousand lines the compilation will take quite some time.

Sometimes my connection drops out and u find out after the compile
