[Wish] less clicks when compiling with no device

When compiling with no target (device or emulator) I get two error dialogs I need to cancel every time.

Will be better if I can disable these messages

Note that you can use Alt + 2 (compile without signing) if you just want to test your code for errors.

I know,

but I want to deploy it not using the bridge (phone is not on the same Wifi/area as the IDE),using dropbox for now.
