Wish: Run After Install toogle

Right after installing to the device, our app will RUN...
Since at times we have to put some conditional code in app Start, It would be nice to have an option to toogle, "Run After Install"..
It has happend to me, that, because the IDE has no StayAwake funtion so the device won't go into sleep, just after, or even during intalation, the device sleeps, and the time it takes to wake it up, the code has either halted, or has already runned!

I'd actually like a dropdown menu next to the Play icon on the toolbar to let us set multiple options

ie: Silent, Run after install.
