B4J Question Wrapper b4J

I have the following question. I am developing a wrapper for a contactless reader of midfare cards in BA4 ,, it will be compatible with B4J.
Do I have to developing a wrapper for B4J separate ..

The question is actually a contradiction. The card is compatible with B4J, the wrapper wraps Java, you can choose to use (as much as possible) B4X software solution. So what's the problem now?

It depends on the underlying API. If it based on Android specific APIs then it will not work.
