Wish WYSIWYG designer always on top option

Hello, the title says it all, again.
On my twin monitor set it's all good, I have the IDE on the left screen and the B4J WYSIWYG designer on the right screen.

BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT, if I'm just using a single screen (like on my development laptop) then it becomes a bit annoying constantly flicking back and forth just to see the designer.

Off, but on(ish) topic...

In the designer, it would be nice to have a "Bring To Top" option on selected views, because sometimes, say, when working, I maybe need to edit a panel which is underneath the top most view and I have to drag it forward on the list, do an edit, then drag it back down out of the way, and in some cases, when I bring it to the top, it sometimes gets parented by another panel type view.

That would be nice if I could click a box in its properties, do the edit, then unclick it to send it back where it came from in the views z-order.
