Android Question WYSIWYG Help

Where do I see the WYSIWYG Designer? I'm following Erel's MyFirstProgram tutorial (using B4J at the moment). I try to connect to the WYSIWYG Designer but doesn't connect. What am I connecting to? Is that inside the Visual Designer somewhere?

I have used the B4A Bridge successfully via wifi. Is this the same thing? Is using the WYSIWYG Designer the same thing as using the Bridge?

I use the Emulator in AndroidStudio.
Got the best results with it.
