Bug? xGauges - Drawing of gauge border with non-zero radius fills the rectangle

Hi.

I found a little bug in the xGauges class. If you set the border radius greater than zero the rectangle is filled in:

This happens when the CornerRadius is equal or smaller than the BorderWidth.
I will add a test and set it higher when necessary.
