I am using YouWave - I have an old version on my laptop and the newest version (Home) on my desktop. One nice feature is that you can set it to various screen sizes to get some idea of how you app will look on different sized screens. The only thing special that you have to do is, after both YouWave and B4A are running, execute the command "C:\Android\android-sdk\sdk\platform-tools\adb connect 127.0.0.1:5558" (path should point to the adb) - I have this in a .bat file - so that B4a will see the emulator.
