Android Question Webview 3rd Party Cookies on Webview

Q1: I noticed that my webviews are not accepting 3rd Party Cookies. How do I get them to accept these cookies?

Here is some sample code I found, but it is quite old from 2015. Will it still work?

Q2: Will these third party cookies be constrained to the webview, or will they also be accessible from the user's primary web browser?
