A request and a question

Not sure if this a correct description and/or place to do it in, but here it goes....

Is there any plan to access the SIM few meaningfull services, such as PIN, SIM contacts, sms, etc...?

Another thing, How can one determine the radio mode, and turn on/of radio services?

I think that the Contacts and SmsMessages also return contacts and messages from the SIM card: Basic4android - Phone

I ws refering the PIN security code tap...Especially tapping into the fired events from it, like PIN success and PIN Fail events...

All! There are widgets that allow to turn on and of the radio services, and from what I can gather, the built in gps receiver will not work unless the Phone Radio service is ON...
