Hi,

i am new here and i was lookin for a solution to make my own site. So i found the amazing SW B4J and the great framework ABMaterial. I look to the demo and the tutorial ...for dummies. It's very awesome but i have a problem with the running on my webhosting. When i try (http://localhost:51045/Template) it over Localhost, it's works fine. but how can i run it here (https://www.bplaced.net ; freestyle). Have anyone an idea? What must i send to my server? only the folder "template" in the folder "www" ?
By the way i have downloaded the "USBWebserver_v8.6" and i run it, but the Template also not work with them!

ABMaterial is just the UI running with a B4J jServer and does indeed need to have a VPS capable of running the .jar file. This .jar file is the 'engine' of you website and must be running at all time.

If you do not have one, you may have a look at BANano, which does not need a VPS and can run from your server.

You can not and never will be able to. ABM requires a VPS. The .jar IS the webserver.

And probably more. But it requires HTML, CSS at to some extend Javascript knowledge. ABM does not require such knowledge. In time, when more users start writing BANanoLibraries and share them here, this HTML/CSS/JS knowledge will diminish. The current download contains the BANanoSkeleton library, which provides you with the basic HTML components.

whre can i find the BANAno.LoadLayout in B4J?
I suggest you read the two part Abstract Designer tutorial: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/banano-v2-1-b4j-abstract-designer.101531/
