About Admob Mediation ?

Hello guys

I hope this is the right forum place to ask this. I had an advertising using admob network in my app but ecpm rates were too low so I enabled the admob mediation and added ecpm floor admob network ( i can not both add admob netwrok and admob ecpm floor network at the same time ) and i entered the medaiton code into my application ( replaced published id with mediation id ). I entered 0.60 as ecpm floor.
What i dont understand is , if the estimated ecpm is lower than 0.60 what happens ? Is the normal adds will continue to display or nothing will be diplayed if it is under 0.60 ?

noone is familiar with admob ?

let me ask more clearly

First of all when i click on mediation for my application i add "eCPM floor beta". it gives me a medation code. So if i enter this code in to sdk for the publisher code , will only ads be displayed with ecpm 0.50 only ? . If so my regular admobs will not be shown( when the ad system can not find a ecpm 0.50 ) because i changed the published code to medaition code ? is that right ?

Second, In many places it says you must get a new publisher code for ecpm floor, but if a get a new published code and enter it into my application how can i make my application to load regular ads (without cpm floor) when no ads found with ecpm i specified. ?
