Android Question about CustomListView

hi,
i want to change the background of the CustomListView
i try

B4X:

SC_Menu.GetBase.Color = xui.Color_Transparent
SC_Menu.sv.Color =  xui.Color_Transparent

but it doesn't work what should i do?
and also can i invisible Scroll bar? how?
And can I move the position of the scroll bar to the right?

In the designer custom properties. Uncheck Show Scroll Bar

i set 'Orientation' Right to Left and the scroll bar is to the Left
