trying to download this one 'https://github.com/AnywhereSoftware/B4A/releases/download/7_25/resources_7_25.zip' and always fail.
using firefox and opera (using vpn), the result is same.
is it just me?

The file is served from github.

Try to clear caches. Maybe with a private browser.

This isn’t just you, that GitHub release link is broken/moved. Go directly to the B4A GitHub releases page (https://github.com/AnywhereSoftware/B4A/releases), find version 7.25, and download the resources_7_25.zip from there. If it still fails, clear your browser cache and try downloading without VPN or use a tool like wget/curl to fetch it. Alternatively, update to a newer B4A version since the latest releases include updated resources and don’t require the old resources_7_25.zip.
