Android10 & Android11 do not have code names.

1. Pie means P, right?
2. Q+ means which Android version?
3. Is there Q version also?

2. Q Android10 API 10
3. R Android11 API 11

By the way, SDK version details associated to API is correct as below?

1. P = Pie = API 9 = SDK28
2. Q Android10 API 10 = SDK29
3. R Android11 API 11 =SDK30

yes, I wrote wrong:
