My app is used by lots of iPhone (and Android) users, with no issues. Part of the functionality is that the user need to scan a NFC tag once in the app. This works great.
But all of a sudden i have two users (they know each other and work together) that fail to scan the NFC. I'm thinking this most likely is user error. Theory: The first person completely misunderstood the instructions, and then they described to the second person how to do it - and naturally person two also fails. Something like that. I haven't been able to dig deeper into that to get a better understanding of what they are doing.
Have you EVER have had an issue reading NFC tags on iPhone with an app that is known to work fine?
Meaning that either there's a problem with the iPhone or the NFC tag, but let's assume the app is functioning well.
(I should mention that the NFC tag is high quality, but I have no idea if they have been rough with it. Nor do I know the health of their iPhones.)
