Or do another server on the computer, my APP compile the version number automatically increase the count 1 (2.1, 2.2), and then the mobile APP can be automatically detected and automatically installed?

I don't quite understand what your question is, what is the status of B4A-Bridge connection when F5 running, it is in the bottom left of the IDE.

After this procedure (#8) I can install with B4A-Bridge without a problem.

Tips:
Don't open more than 1 B4A IDE or having B4A close unproperly (still in background).
If more than 1 B4A is trying to connect to the B4A-bridge, this will be a problem.
