B4J Question B4J B4XPages How to create menu items in code at runtime?

[Solved] For example I create new B4J B4xPages project and get the blank "hello world" template. Is there a way of creating menu items on the loaded layout at runtime, NOT using the internal designer? Been searching on here but can't find an answer Thanks.
