B4J Question B4J resize layout

Is it possible to resize the layout and rescale the views in B4J? Kind of AutoScaleAll.

AnchorPane allows you to dock the elements. If an element is docked to both sides of its parent then it will be resized automatically.

I can see in the DBUtils example that this resizing does work, but how exactly do you dock an element to to both sides of its parent? This ties into my earlier query about TableView Resizing.
